Project Overview

Halcyon’s contemporary design provides its residents luxury coastal living overlooking Siesta Key’s beautiful beaches. With only 2 units per floor this exclusive property provides a private and secluded setting for its 6 unit owners. Each unit has its own private elevator opening up to a residence with expansive beachfront views opening out to large terraces expanding the indoor living area to the outdoors. Each resident has a private 2-car garage. An existing 100-year-old residence located directly on the beach was kept and integrated into the project as the club house. It was built mostly of cedar – the contrast to the gleaming modern development was stunning.
