Project Overview

This 18-story luxury hotel in downtown Sarasota serves business travelers and families visiting to the area. It packs 245,000 SF on to a 15,750 SF property. Interfacing site access, parking, structure, vertical circulation and the user spaces on the upper floors was challenging. 3D modeling coupled with considerable talent resulted is a spectacular hotel. Hilton’s resident lead architect was impressed with the solution. His comment was “we raised the bar pretty high for Embassy”. This is a 180 room, all-suite hotel, with in structure parking and structural pool and lobby on 8th floor that take advantage of the beautiful views. Amenities include a fitness center and meeting room facilities.
